Flexible Work That Fits Your Life 🏄‍♀️🎒📆👶🧩

Some mornings, you start after school drop-off or a morning surf. Other weeks, you shift your schedule to match your partner’s FIFO roster. Some days, you’re in the hub, coffee in hand, celebrating small wins with a customer. Other days, you work from home, dog at your feet, finishing reports before school pick-up. At Ability WA, flexibility isn’t a perk - it’s how we help you do your best work.

📍 Positions available in our Wanneroo and Yanchep hubs (Full Time & Part Time).

We want to hear what matters to you and work with you on shaping your role around your strengths, interests and life outside of work. Maybe you’re returning from parental leave, or you’re an experienced therapist ready to mentor your colleagues, or maybe you're just wanting a role that matches the rhythm of your life.

What You’ll Do

Some days, you’re greeting customers in the hub and diving into sessions planned to help them reach their next goal. Other days, you’re visiting schools or families at home, where progress feels most real. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and ideas that ensure each customer gets the most well-rounded support possible.

This isn’t just a job. It’s a chance to build a career that fits your life while making a lasting difference.
