About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Client Services Officer to support Community Services through high‑quality administration, NDIS billing and data integrity.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in client services, administration or NDIS billing who enjoys working with systems, stakeholders and operational teams to ensure services are accurately recorded, claimed and supported.

In this role, you will:

  • Facilitate NDIS billing and data flow from service delivery through to claiming using the Customer Management System (CMS)
  • Review, investigate and resolve billing rejections, escalating complex issues as required
  • Provide client services and administrative support to the Community Services leadership team
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely service delivery records
  • Maintain data integrity across CMS, Skedulo and internal tracking tools
  • Coordinate and provide support and training to staff on how to use Skedulo plus/complete CC jobs
  • Produce high‑quality documentation and undertake quality control activities
  • Accurately update and maintain customer and service records
  • Support continuous improvement in NDIS billing, administration processes and system use
  • Assist with quoting for services
  • Scheduling meetings and taking minutes

About you

You will bring:

  • Experience in a Senior Administration, Client Services or Billing Officer role
  • Experience or exposure to the NDIS or disability sector (highly regarded)
  • Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence working across systems including CMS, Skedulo or similar platforms
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet monthly billing deadlines
  • Strong time management, organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong alignment with Ability WA values and a collaborative approach

Tertiary qualification or equivalent is desirable.

  • National Police Clearance
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • COVID‑19 Vaccination (as applicable)
