Human Resources Business Partner

- Full time
- $107.5K to $124.7K + super + salary packaging
About the Role
Are you a Human Resources Business Partner who thrives in workforce change, employee relations and industrial advice?
Guided by our value to Think Differently, this project‑led role supports two significant initiatives:
- the Community Services Management Structure Review, and
- the implementation of a new Roster, Time and Attendance framework.
Initially, you will partner closely with Community Services leaders to deliver and embed key workforce changes, with a strong focus on change management and industrial and employee relations, including:
- Providing clear, practical IR and ER advice to leaders throughout periods of organisational change
- Managing end‑to‑end employee relations casework arising from change, including performance management, grievances, disputes, disciplinary processes and investigations
- Supporting leaders through consultation processes, role and classification changes and transition planning
- Advising on legislation, industrial instruments and internal policies to ensure compliant and defensible outcomes
- Supporting the introduction of changes to base rosters and systems of work, including identifying and mitigating people and industrial risks
- Coaching and supporting leaders to confidently lead teams through change and manage sensitive people matters
As these changes are embedded, the role will shift focus to supporting the rollout and adoption of roster, time and attendance changes across our front-line workforce, providing ongoing IR advice and ER case management at scale.
This role brings together change leadership, industrial relations expertise and hands‑on ER case management, with a strong focus on delivering practical, compliant and sustainable outcomes aligned to Ability WA’s strategic goals.
