About the role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
Deliver evidence-based therapy to customers living with disabilities, including assessment, intervention, reports and case management
Empower customers to achieve a lifestyle of their choice through a person-centred approach
Use the key worker model to collaborate with the multi-disciplinary therapy services team
Conduct hub-based and community visits
Liaise with families and external supports such as hospitals, agencies, schools and community services
Full Time position available at our Coolbinia hub.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Right to work in Australia
National Police Clearance within 6 months
Driver’s Licence
NDIS Workers Orientation Module
NDIS Worker Screening check
Working with Children Check
First Aid Certificate
COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
