About the role

As a Clinical Lead Speech Pathologist, you will:

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to customers living with disabilities, including assessment, intervention, reports and case management
• Empower customers to achieve a lifestyle of their choice through a person-centred approach
• Lead by example, providing real-time guidance and mentorship to enhance clinical support, professional growth, and team performance
• Use the key worker model to collaborate with the multi-disciplinary therapy services team and provide peer mentoring
• Conduct hub-based and community visits
• Liaise with families and external supports such as hospitals, agencies, schools and community services

Full Time, Permanent position based in our contemporary, state-of-the-art Murdoch hub.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Speech Pathology
• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Right to work in Australia
• National Police Clearance within 6 months
• Driver’s License
• NDIS Workers Orientation Module
• NDIS Worker Screening check
• Working with Children Check
• First Aid Certificate
• COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
