About the role

As a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist, you will:

• Lead the delivery of evidence-based therapy to customers living with disabilities, including assessment, intervention, reports and case management ideally in one or more of following areas:
  • Early Childhood Intervention
  • Assistive Technology - Posture & Mobility and / or Sleep & Positioning
  • Functional Movement - Biomechanical, Gait, Spinal, Lower Limb, Respiratory
• Empower customers to achieve a lifestyle of their choice through a person-centred approach
• Use the key worker model to collaborate with the multi-disciplinary therapy services team
• Work closely with Managers, Team Leaders and Clinical Leads in facilitating a strong learning culture framework
• Liaise with families and external supports such as hospitals, agencies, schools and community services
• Conduct hub-based and community visits

Full Time Permanent position at our Coolbinia hub.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated clinical leadership and excellence in the delivery of physiotherapy services
• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• AHPRA registration
• Right to work in Australia
• National Police Clearance within 6 months
• Driver’s Licence
• NDIS Workers Orientation Module
• NDIS Worker Screening check
• Working with Children Check
• First Aid Certificate
• COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
