About the role
As a Clinical Lead Physiotherapist, you will:
- Lead the delivery of evidence-based therapy to customers living with disabilities, including assessment, intervention, reports and case management ideally in one or more of following areas:
- Early Childhood Intervention
- Assistive Technology - Posture & Mobility and / or Sleep & Positioning
- Functional Movement - Biomechanical, Gait, Spinal, Lower Limb, Respiratory
- Empower customers to achieve a lifestyle of their choice through a person-centred approach
- Use the key worker model to collaborate with the multi-disciplinary therapy services team
- Work closely with Managers, Team Leaders and Clinical Leads in facilitating a strong learning culture framework
- Liaise with families and external supports such as hospitals, agencies, schools and community services
- Conduct hub-based and community visits
Full Time Permanent position at our Coolbinia hub.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated clinical leadership and excellence in the delivery of physiotherapy services
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
- AHPRA registration
- Right to work in Australia
- National Police Clearance within 6 months
- Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module
- NDIS Worker Screening check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
