About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing and Communications Lead to deliver impactful, integrated campaigns that strengthen our brand and support organisational growth.

This role reports to the Brand and Marketing Manager and is a key senior contributor within the marketing team.

⏰Permanent, Part Time, 0.5FTE – 0.6FTE

📍Coolbinia based, with flexible work options (we welcome applications from those wishing to work school hours)

In this role, you will:

  • Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns from concept to delivery
  • Develop and execute internal and external communications
  • Create engaging content (articles, case studies, thought leadership)
  • Manage digital marketing across social, website, email and paid channels
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise results using data insights
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver aligned outcomes
  • Support events and campaign activations
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels

 

About you

You’re a proactive, organised marketer who enjoys both strategy and delivery.

You will bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing and/or communications
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end campaigns
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Experience across digital platforms (social, email, ads, analytics)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels
  • A collaborative, team-focused mindset
  • Right to work in Australia and ability to obtain required checks (NDIS Workers Screening, National Police Clearance, etc)
