About The Position

We’re seeking a passionate and empowering Allied Health Team Leader to join the Central Therapy leadership team based in Coolbinia. This role is perfect for an experienced Allied Health Professional looking to advance their leadership career or take on a new challenge within a superstar team!

This is a part-time position (0.8 FTE) for a 12 month fixed term contract.

As a Team Leader, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with Managers and other Therapy leaders to lead a high-performing team and deliver quality services aligned with our strategic plan
  • Thrive in the support of the team promoting a positive team culture where employees feel valued and appreciated
  • Show genuine care for developing and motivating others to succeed
  • Run regular one-on-one check ins for direct line reports and team huddles around day-to-day operational and clinical support plus career goal setting
  • Drive service innovation working closely with Clinical Leads across all disciplines to maintain best practice and contemporary evidence-based practice
  • Model and embed desired organisational values
  • Effectively manage escalations and feedback

About You

If you are successful through our recruitment process, we will need the following before you start:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and experience in an allied health profession
  • Current registration with AHPRA or relevant association
  • Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance no older than 6 months, First Aid Certificate, Current Driver’s License, NDIS Workers Orientation Module, NDIS Worker Screening check and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
