Our New Starter Program

For those new to the disability sector or exploring a fresh direction, our 2-Year New Starter Program provides structured support through:

• Comprehensive shadowing and supervision
• One-on-one mentoring
• Regular Clinical Lead catch-ups
• Peer support and collaborative learning

What You’ll Need

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
• AHPRA registration or Speech Pathology Australia membership
• Driver’s Licence & ability to travel for community visits
• Required checks (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, National Police Clearance, First Aid)
