About the Position

Reporting to the General Manager - Home and Living, you will lead a diverse portfolio of services including:

  • Supported Independent Living (SIL)
  • Independent Living Options
  • Community Inclusion
  • Onsite Shared Support Services

You will drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring services are safe, contemporary, and customer focused. You will work closely with customers, families, guardians, and support decision-makers to deliver outcomes that truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of Coordinators across Perth Metro housing locations.
  • Ensure services meet NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Practice Standards.
  • Manage emergency and incident responses with a strong focus on WHS.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organisations.
  • Oversee budgets and ensure strategic, operational, and financial targets are met.
  • Lead investigations and ensure timely resolutions of incidents.

 About You

What we'll need to help kick-start your journey with us:

  • Qualification in either Allied Health or another relevant field is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a similar role in the disability sector with knowledge and experience of current trends and issues affecting people with a disability and their families.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing community-based services.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver customer outcomes, develop and monitor budgets and meet financial KPI’s.
  • Experience in a Senior Leadership role
  • Strong communication and change management skills
  • Understanding of principles of the NDIS and the Quality and Safeguarding framework
  • National Police Clearance no older than 6 months, Current Driver’s License, NDIS Workers Orientation Module, NDIS Worker Screening check, Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID010 or HLTAID003 minimum) and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
