About the Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self‑motivated Administration Coordinator to lead a small, dynamic team responsible for managing customer data within our business unit. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced and varied environment, enjoys collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and brings strong communication and organisational skills.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position based at our Coolbinia Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

As an Administration Coordinator, you will:

  • Act as the primary contact for all customer data matters, maintain data tracking tools, and deliver CMS training and support.
  • Oversee customer billing data entry, investigate rejections, and proactively resolve data errors.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to administrative and data processes.
  • Develop internal audit mechanisms, coordinate policy and procedure reviews, communicate updates, and respond to customer queries.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in data management or a similar analytical role
  • Experience leading a small, dynamic team (desirable)
  • Strong administrative and communication skills with a customer‑focused approach
  • The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and deadlines, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • The right to work in Australia, plus the ability to obtain a National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, complete the Worker Orientation Module, and hold a valid C‑class driver's licence
  • A commitment to safe work practices and compliance with Work Health & Safety policies
