Storeperson – Full-Time | Malaga Location

Goodwill Engineering is looking for a full-time Storeperson to join our warehouse team in Malaga.

We’re a WA-based manufacturer of building hardware for the construction industry, and we’re proud to be a long-term employer of people with disability. This role is all about keeping things running smoothly; managing stock, coordinating deliveries, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

You won’t be providing direct support to employees with disability, but you’ll be working alongside them as part of a respectful and inclusive team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering goods using company vehicles (HR licence required)
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Keeping inventory records up to date and doing regular stocktakes
  • Helping with packing, labelling, and general warehouse tasks
  • Carrying out basic maintenance on equipment
  • Supporting production when needed
  • Following safety procedures and helping supervise the workflow
  • Communicating clearly with the team and customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a warehouse or stores role
  • Good admin and organisational skills
  • HR (manual) driver’s licence
  • Forklift licence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to work alongside people with disability

Other Requirements

  • National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to get one)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to complete it)
  • COVID-19 vaccination certificate
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol test)
  • Full Australian Working Rights with no restrictions

Why Join Us?

  • Salary packaging benefits (up to $18,550)
  • 3 wellness days each year
  • Paid parental leave and return-to-work bonuses
  • Flexible work options
  • Supportive, inclusive team culture

If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you. Even if you don’t meet every single requirement, apply anyway; we’re more interested in finding the right person than ticking every box.
