We're looking for a Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary Therapy Services team based at our Coolbinia hub.

About the role

As a Physiotherapist, you will:

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to customers living with disability, including assessment, intervention, reporting and case management
• Empower customers to achieve a lifestyle of their choice through a person-centred approach
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary Therapy Services team using the key worker model
• Provide therapy in hub, home, school and community settings
• Liaise with families and external supports including hospitals, agencies, schools and community services
• Contribute to positive customer outcomes through evidence-based and goal-focused practice

📅 0.8 - 1.0 FTE (Part Time or Full Time)

📍 Based at our Coolbinia hub with flexible work options

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Right to work in Australia
• Current Driver's Licence
• National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid Certificate
