Looking for the professional support of a large organisation, with the flexibility and work-life balance of a smaller, independent practice?
We're growing across Perth's Northern Corridor (Wanneroo and Yanchep) and are seeking experienced and graduate Occupational Therapists to join our supportive multidisciplinary team.
About the role
As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll:
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to people living with disability
- Manage your caseload with flexibility to shape your day and areas of interest
- Empower customers through a person-centred approach
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team using the key worker model
- Provide therapy across hub and community settings
- Work closely with families, schools, hospitals, and other support networks
- Champion continuous improvement, reflective practice and quality outcomes
- For experienced therapists: mentor and support less experienced clinicians, contributing to a positive team culture
📅 Full Time and Part Time positions available
📍Wanneroo and/or Yanchep hub location base with flexible work options
Salary will be determined in line with qualifications and relevant clinical experience.
About You

You’ll also need:
- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Experience working with customers with complex needs (highly regarded)
- Driver’s Licence & ability to travel for community visits
- Required checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children, National Police Clearance, First Aid)
- Right to Work in Australia
